All award and procurement decisions are made independently by the applicable buyer, contracting authority, prime contractor, or other authorized decision-maker.
7. Bona Fide Agency and Representation
The Site may describe Palmore & Company as a “Bona Fide Agency Partner” or refer to agency representation. These descriptions relate to business-development, capture, proposal, market-positioning, executive-representation, and related professional services.

Any fees, commissions, success-based compensation, retainers, or other compensation arrangements must be set forth in a separate written agreement and must comply with applicable law, procurement rules, and contract requirements.
Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as an offer to act as a contingent-fee representative in connection with federal procurement, or as authorization for any arrangement that violates applicable procurement laws, regulations, or contractual requirements.
8. Corporate and Procurement Information
The Site may display information concerning Palmore & Company’s capabilities, business identifiers, service categories, North American Industry Classification System (“NAICS”) codes, procurement roles, certifications, registration status, or other business information.
Such information is provided for general reference and may be updated, changed, incomplete, or subject to verification. You should not rely solely on Site content to make a procurement, compliance, contracting, partnership, investment, or business decision.

The Site is not designed to create a confidential communication channel. Information submitted through the Site may not be treated as confidential unless:
- Palmore & Company has entered into a separate written confidentiality agreement with you; or
- A separate signed agreement specifically requires confidential treatment of the information.
Even where a confidentiality agreement exists, you should use the secure methods and procedures designated by Palmore & Company for sensitive, proprietary, regulated, procurement-sensitive, or restricted information.
Palmore & Company may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information derived from interactions with the Site or Services for lawful business purposes, provided that such information does not reasonably identify you or disclose your confidential information.
